Our 4 Favorite Printables

How to access skills sheets, templates, answer keys, and more

When I was a teacher, I spent a lot of time searching Pinterest for classroom activities and skills sheets. I wanted materials I could use throughout the week for in my math centers or as homework.

Much of what I do today mirrors my work in the classroom. Except that I’m creating teacher materials rather than searching for them!

Here are some of my favorite printables you can find on the DynaMath website. They’ll help you meet your instructional goals and save time.

1. Differentiated skills sheets

Reaching students at different math learning levels can be a big challenge. Which is why each of our feature articles includes below-level, on-level, and above-level skills sheets.

You can find a list of these materials in each issue on the back page of the Teacher's Guide and in the “Differentiate Your Teaching” section of each lesson plan. You can also search for them on our website in a few ways.

Find grade-specific skills sheets online in 3 ways:

  • Search by standard code or math term (example: adding fractions)
  • Scroll through our text sets to the “skills sheet” section
  • Click the “Teaching Resources” button on the left of an article

2. Blank math templates (new!)

Beginning last year, we created a series of templates that you can download and use in your classroom. Place value charts, blank number lines, grid paper, fraction bars, 2-D and 3-D shapes…you name it! We have it.

You can find printable math templates online in 2 ways:

  • Click on “Text Sets” in the blue explore bar, and then the “Templates” tab
  • Type “templates” into the search bar

3. Blank answer sheets (new!)

Now we have a blank answer sheet for each article. That way, students can show their work and record their answers. You can even use them for assessment!

Find blank answer sheets online in 3 ways:

  • Search “answer sheet” and the title of the article you’re looking for
  • Click the “Teaching Resources” button on the left of an article
  • Scroll to the bottom of an article page

4. Answer keys

We include answers to all of our math content in the answer keys. You can find it each month in the Teacher’s Guide or online. (Note: this is not available to the students!)

Find answer keys online in 3 ways:

  • Search “answer key” and the issue month you’re looking for
  • Click the “Teaching Resources” button on the left of an article
  • Scroll to the bottom of an article page
